1. Use of Services

  • Warehousing & Fulfillment

  • Professional Packaging Solutions

All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service request for any reason.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery and contact information

  • Ensure packages are properly labeled and safe for transport

  • Avoid shipping restricted, illegal, hazardous, or perishable items (unless pre-approved)

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

CourierFusion will not be liable for issues arising from false or incomplete information.

4. Payments & Fees

All service charges are listed at checkout or during quotation. Payment must be completed before service is rendered unless otherwise agreed upon. Late or unpaid charges may lead to service suspension.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your order before pickup for a full refund. If an item has already been picked up or processed, refund eligibility is limited. CourierFusion reserves the right to refuse refund claims deemed fraudulent or abusive.

6. Limitation of Liability

CourierFusion is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., weather, accidents, strikes)

  • Loss or damage caused by improper packaging or prohibited contents

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability, where applicable, is limited to the declared value of the item or the service fee paid.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, platform content, and materials are the property of CourierFusion and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect upon posting to our website or app. Continued use of CourierFusion after updates means you accept the new terms.
